Responsibilities
We recognize that responsible, independent and accurate journalism and content creation lie at the heart of our reputation. We have a strong commitment to media ethics including ensuring we can report in an independent way, avoid conflicts of interest in our reporting, and create in a way that protects and respects the safety and well being of all involved. We abide by industry standards and codes where applicable.
As a media producer, we believe that creativity and innovation go hand-in-hand and inform everything we do. Because of this, we will continually take steps to create, manage, and protect our brands, content, technology, know-how and other intellectual property assets. We will argue positively for the maintenance of the global intellectual property framework. We will also stand up for the principle of creative freedom and a world informed and entertained by content that is accurate and of the highest quality.
We expect our creative partners working on projects for CA t to treat everyone on the projects with dignity and respect. We will take steps to ensure that all work done for CA is performed lawfully, pursuant to terms agreed clearly in advance, and is conducted in a professional manner, free of any form of coercion, discrimination, or harassment and in compliance with labor laws and prohibitions against child labor and modern slavery. All photo or video shoots will take place in a secure environment.

Assets
Our assets — whether financial, physical, technological or intellectual — are integral to our business operations and success as a company. We all have a duty to protect CA assets by using them appropriately and safeguarding them against unauthorized access and use, theft, compromise, or disclosure.
Financial integrity is key to our future. We have a duty to spend our money in a manner approved through proper channels and to document and record such expenditures and other financial matters accurately and with the highest level of diligence and integrity. We do this for ourselves. We spend our own pocket money at the moment in March 2025. (In the future will have funding and donations.)
We recognize the centrality of data to the digital world we live in, while also recognizing our responsibilities to ensure that any use we make of personal data in the course of our business is fair, lawful, secure, and transparent. We are committed to high standards of data privacy and information security and to maintaining an approach to these issues that enables us to meet the expectations of those who trust us with their data, as well as regulators. Furthermore, as the laws, regulations and industry standards, and frameworks aimed at protecting the data of the constituencies who entrust their data to us evolve, we want to play an active role in these discussions, sharing our experience and contributing our expertise.
